Many dominican woman will say "age and appearance doesn't matter", but the truth is it does.  Although it is not as important as you may think.  If you are a 50 year old man with below average looks and have more junk in your trunk than a 1972 oldsmobile that you use as your primary residence, and you wish to court a 20 year old hotty with a botty, you may want to rethink that.  On the other hand, if you are in your thirties or maybe even early forties, in good health, average looks and stature you may have a good chance.  that is, until she realizes your a player or "Tigerosa" and your favorite past time is drinking el presidentes at the local corner bar.  There are two things you need to take into consideration.  What are your intentions and plans for the future?  Do you plan on moving to the Dominican Republic or intend on bringing her back to your country?  As a general rule of thumb, if you plan to move to the dominican republic you can find woman as much as 20 - 25 years younger than you that will be interested in marrying you.  If you intend on bringing her back to your country look for woman that are only 10 - 15 years younger than you.  Secondly, be realistic and don't have expectations that she has to look like a runway model if you look like Shrek.  Most important is compatibility of personalities and interests.
